What you will do:

Review mechanical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.
Assign job tasks and work as per mechanical project schedules.
Review all mechanical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.
Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.
Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.
Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.
Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different mechanical projects.
Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedules.
Develop mechanical expenditures priority and equipment and appliance maintenance procedures.
Develop mechanical material and labor forecasts.
Train and inform employees about new work procedures.
Provide information on modification on work policies, safety regulations, mechanical codes and specifications.
Review future buildings plans and inspect new buildings to ensure compliance with current mechanical codes and maintenance specifications.
Inspect new-fangled construction along with remodels.
Support mechanical Engineers in design needs
Implementing and continuous monitoring of QHSE and asset management system aspects in his activities and areas of work.
Proactive approach for implementing QHSE and asset management procedure & guidelines.
Report All QHSE & asset management incidents immediately and take necessary precautions to avoid reoccurrence.

Required Skills to be successful
Job-Specific Skills:

Strong Knowledge of all mechanical equipment and processes
-Strong computer skills.
- Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
-Self-motivated with skills to motivate others
-Strong verbal and written communication skill

What equips you for the role
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor of Engineering from any recognized universities.

Minimum Experience:

7-10 plus years of experience managing large instrument and mechanical construction projects.
