Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor and Diagnostic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing automotive problems, leading a team of mechanics, managing workshop operations, ensuring project quality, and coordinating with the sales team to meet deadlines. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough and accurate diagnosis of mechanical issues in various vehicles. Lead and supervise a team of mechanics to efficiently and effectively resolve automotive problems. Manage and organize the workshop, ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained and in working order. Oversee and follow up on job-cards to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to service schedules. Perform quality control checks on all completed projects before releasing vehicles to customers. Communicate and coordinate with the sales team to provide accurate time frames for completing projects and delivering exceptional customer service. Train and mentor junior mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles. Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and address mechanical problems.
