Far Stafford, headquartered in Tangier, Morocco, is an information technology, cyber security, management systems support, as well as business and infrastructure management services. Far Stafford is a back office of its sister companies in the United States, founded to provide analytical, management and administrative services. HR Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist will perform a variety of HR tasks including Full Lifecycle Recruiting, all facets of Onboarding, entering and maintaining accurate data in HR systems, updating the HR policies and collect the necessary legal paperwork.

Responsibilities for Onboarding and recruiting specialist:

  • Full understanding of the recruiting life cycle.
  • Sending new employees emails in regards to the company rules and regulations to be
followed.
  • Developing new company policies and employee handbooks.
  • Collecting paperwork and other related documents from the new hire.
  • Answering the new employees questions and keep an eye on updating the active list
daily.
  • Preparing onboarding documents and kits as and when required.
  • Preparing onboarding email templates for the employees.
  • Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees.
  • Terminate, modify and update the contracts of the employees.
  • Keep the HRIS data on track by updating the databases daily.
  • Use Applicant tracking system for reporting purposes.
  • Report directly to the supervisor about daily tasks and duties.
Requirements for Onboarding and recruiting specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Working experience as an Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in the Human
Resources Department.
  • Demonstrate great time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
  • Great understanding of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting for HR business.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Pack { Word, Excel and PowerPoint }
