We are currently seeking experienced

Mechanical Site Engineers

with a strong background in

HVAC and Plumbing systems

within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least

5 years of hands-on experience

in supervising, executing, and managing mechanical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and Plumbing systems on construction sites. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings and project schedule. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings. Assist in material take-off, procurement, and inspection of mechanical equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum

5 years of experience

in mechanical site supervision, specifically in HVAC and Plumbing systems. Proven experience in large-scale construction projects. Excellent knowledge of mechanical codes and standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial or industrial projects. Certification in HVAC design or PMP is a plus.
