Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Diploma from an accredited institution Experience in related field.
Previous experience as Mechanical Revit Modeler or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with a focus on Mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, codes, and standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with BIM processes and collaboration tools.
Job Profile
:
Collaborate with mechanical engineers and other team members to develop detailed design plans for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit 2020 or latest version.
Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models of following Mechanical systems:
Potable Water Pumping Station and network.
Firefighting Pumping Station and network.
TSE Pumping Station and network.
Storm Water Pumping Station and network.
Foul Sewage Pumping Station and network.
Chilled Water Network
Manage and update Revit models throughout the design and construction phases, incorporating revisions and changes as required
