Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and coordination of HVAC/MEP site activities
Preparing estimations, BOQs and material take-offs
Preparing and reviewing drawings using AutoCAD
Coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Managing site manpower and ensuring timely task completion
Ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
4-5 years of experience in HVAC, ducting and MEP works
Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings
Experience in site coordination and manpower management
Languages: Hindi and English (required)
Qatar Driving License preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
