HVAC System, Plumbing System, Special Plumbing System, Fire Fighting System & Site Development Services.

We were Responsible on Project Concept for preparing design criteria as per Engineering Discipline and to follow the standard as per Saudi Arabia codes and Saudi Council of Engineers regulation.

Create full submittal of Draft drawing, Schematic Diagram, Riser Diagram, Flow Diagram, Standard Details, Looping of pipes in Mechanical room proper revision and submit again for approval with the Drafting software and its related programs.

Preparing Design Drawings for HVAC System as per criteria for the Residence and Commercial Complex. We sketch the design by collecting total cooling flow and connect accordingly.

Working on HVAC system and complete the design concept by selecting it flow with its Total Engineering Conversion.

Draw the system for HVAC, Ventilation, Fresh air Duct and Louvers and indicate all the damper, Outlets, and it connection in proper manner.

Worked on Drainage System on (One way and Two Way Distribution) within fixtures units for stack ejection.

Worked on site piping Layouts with calculating Invert level from starting point and ends on minimum slope. In case of higher drops in pipes we can use Lifts station to maintain the slope. All the pipeline system can be connected through MH and dump in Sewage Tanks.

Draft the Design scope for Kitchen Appliances for their waste chucking into Grease interceptor and Oil interceptor and size according to their waste disposal with the help of flow diagram.
