Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in HVAC operation and maintenance
Working experience in HVAC building operations & maintenance environment with knowledge on operations and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, package units, split units.
Knowledge on basic design concepts of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration will be an advantage.
District cooling plant or large scale plant experience is an advantage.
Good report writing skills for submission of Incident reports, Technical investigation reports, etc.
Team player with good leadership skill to be able to manage contractors.
Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making and leadership abilities.
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to meet tight deadlines
Computer literacy in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
