Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced
Mechanical Foreman
to oversee and manage site activities for HVAC and plumbing systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical works and the ability to lead a team efficiently. Avalid UAE driving license is mandatory
.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities related to HVAC, drainage, and plumbing works. Monitor daily work progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Assign tasks to technicians and ensure proper use of materials and tools. Inspect installation and maintenance of HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, ducting, piping). Solve site issues and report progress to the site engineer or project manager. Ensure health and safety compliance at the site. Drive to various project locations when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of UAE or GCC experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Foreman. Strong knowledge of air conditioning, chilled water piping, drainage, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings. Good leadership and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
