We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced
Foreman cum AC Technician
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in air conditioning systems (installation, maintenance, and repair) and be capable of supervising on-site activities. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise AC installation and maintenance works at project sites.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems including split units, ducted systems, and package units.
Plan daily tasks and allocate work to team members to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and subcontractors when required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials needed for the job.
Drive to and from various job locations across the UAE.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an AC Technician, with at least 3 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory

Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
