Bellboy (With Valid UAE Driving License)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented Bellboy with a valid UAE driving license to join our team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, courteous, and able to deliver exceptional guest service while managing luggage, transportation, and lobby assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling. Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities. Handle guest requests promptly and professionally. Drive guest vehicles when required (valet support). Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entrance, and luggage areas. Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams for smooth guest service. Follow all safety, security, and hotel procedures.
Requirements:
alid UAE driving license (mandatory). Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good physical fitness to handle luggage. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
