for large-scale fabrication and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Fitting and assembly of plant and equipment in line with technical specifications.
Installation, maintenance, and repair of
gearboxes, bearings, and conveyor systems
.
Working with
structural steel
to ensure accurate assembly and alignment.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Mechanical Fitter
in an industrial, fabrication, or engineering environment.
Strong background with gearboxes, bearings, conveyor systems, and structural steel.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Knowledge of health & safety standards.
Must be open to relocating to Ireland.
