Mechanical Estimation & Procurement Engineer
Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (UAE Attested).
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
Exposure to luxury villas, hotels, commercial or fast-track projects preferred
Review tender drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
Perform detailed quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and estimation tools
Prepare cost sheets, vendor RFQs, and technical/commercial proposals
Analyse specification compliance, value engineering options, and material submittals
Support proposal documentation and tender submissions
Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery terms
Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets
Coordinate material delivery based on project timelines
Ensure compliance with project budgets and technical specifications
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, FCUs, etc.
Familiarity with UAE authorities: ADM, ADDC, DEWA, etc.
Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills Ability to multitask across tenders and ongoing project support
