, with strong experience in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and authority submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare mechanical design drawings (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing).
Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with QCS, local regulations, and authority requirements.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams.
Handle QCDD submissions and follow up for approvals.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical supervision.
Prepare BOQs, reports, and design documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum
5-7 years of experience
in Qatar (consultancy experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing design standards.
Mandatory:

Strong knowledge of local codes and authority processes (QCDD, Kahramaa, Municipality).
