About the Role:

We are looking for a results-oriented Mechanical Engineer to take on the role of Project Manager. This position is central to leading our mechanical projects from conception through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) from planning and design to execution and handover. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Lead, coordinate, and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, specifications, and material submittals. Ensure strict compliance with all project specifications, company standards, and local regulatory codes. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or building services industry, with a proven track record in project management or supervision.

Language:

Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written) is essential.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. PMP or similar project management certification is a strong advantage.

Personal Skills:

Strong leadership, exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and client management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary Range:

AED 6,000 - AED 8,000 (final offer will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications).
