Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineer
Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and medical gas systems.
Ensure mechanical works comply with project specifications, healthcare standards, and international codes.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.
Mechanical Supervisor
Supervise mechanical site works including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Monitor daily progress, manage site teams, and ensure quality workmanship.
Resolve technical and site-related issues and enforce safety compliance.
Report work progress to Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Mechanical Engineers
: Minimum 5-10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in
healthcare/hospital projects
.
Mechanical Supervisors
: Minimum 5+ years' site supervision experience, with healthcare project exposure.
Knowledge of
Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)
and healthcare-specific codes.
UPDA/MMUP certification (for Engineers) is an advantage.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
