About The Job
An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Manager oversees the planning, design coordination, installation, and commissioning of a building's critical life-safety and comfort systems, ensuring they meet project specifications, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate these systems effectively. They manage budgets, resolve site issues, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with codes from pre-construction through handover, requiring strong technical knowledge and leadership.
