Mechanical Engineer (mep)
Job Description
A reputed Dubai based company looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer(MEP) with DM Approved , an outstanding engineering skill to Join our team and deliver high-quality projects on time within Budget.
The ideal candidate should have experience in building construction works managing from initiation to handover with strong understanding of construction methods, materials and local authority regulations. He should be highly organized and able to work under pressure with minimum no supervision.
1. DM Approved, with Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Experience in MEP building construction.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in design, drawing approvals, site execution and getting local authority approvals.
3. Fully aware of local authority regulations and requirements.
4. Able to manage Client, Sub-Contractor and Inhouse team.
5. Ability to estimate and scheduling of works with the capability of project planning and execution.
6. Negotiate and arrange the subcontractor agreements with qualified subcontractors.
7. Resolve any conflicts that may arise during the course of project life cycle
8. Oversee the Safety and HSE regulations to ensure the local authorities' regulations are met
9. Conduct project evaluations and regular progress meetings with project team
