We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee the implementation and monitoring of mechanical works at the construction site. The role involves managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety rules and project specifications, and providing technical support to all mechanical teams. Key responsibilities include:
Estimating and preparing manpower, materials, equipment, and tools for mechanical work.
Planning and analyzing construction methodologies and recommending the best options for approval.
Interpreting construction drawings and contract documents.
Coordinating mechanical work with electrical and civil teams.
Assigning daily targets to site teams and ensuring timely completion.
Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Managing mechanical works, equipment installations, and regular client meetings.
Collaborating with cost control and planning departments for progress reporting.
Leading site personnel and ensuring work is completed on time and within specifications.
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the quality and accuracy of mechanical work.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in MEP construction, especially in mechanical and plumbing systems.
UAE construction experience preferred.
Ability to manage and lead teams efficiently.
