Mechanical Engineer (mep)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HVAC design, installation, and commissioning in high rise building
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients on project execution
Prepare and review HVAC drawings, load calculations, material submittals and BOQs
Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues promptly
Ability to handle multiple projects
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, specifically in High Rise Building
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (DCS, Chiller, DX, VRF, ducted splits, etc.)
Strong knowledge in Plumbing System.
Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors
Excellent communication and project management skills
Additional Preferences:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software
Experience in fire fighting systems (advantageous)
Ability to join immediately or within short notice
Knowledge in Procurement & finalize the vendor
