Job Description

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical) Nationality: Male Lead the design of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) for building projects. Create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical systems. Collaborate with other engineers to integrate systems. Manage mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Ensure mechanical systems integrate smoothly with electrical, plumbing, and structural elements. Resolve conflicts between systems during the design and construction phases. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for system installation. Supervise junior engineers and technical teams. Maintain project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and installation manuals. Prepare technical reports for clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders. Monitor mechanical system budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prevent cost overruns. Review and approve material and equipment procurement. Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems are built as per specifications.
