Design & supervise of mechanical systems such as Air-condition & Ventilation, Chilled-water systems, Smoke management, Drainage, water supply, Storm water, firefighting, BMS systems for commercial and residential buildings, hotels, universities, and hospitals projects. Well verse with AutoCAD, HAP software design, Equipment selection, reviewing of the project contract documents such as Tender & IFC, Specification, BOQ and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance in accordingly to the various Mechanical services related to the projects. Concept design, Schematic Design, Detail Design, reviewing of shop drawings, Material submittals & obtaining the approvals from the Authority's. Providing guidance to contractor to prepare the Mechanical shop drawings & obtaining the approvals from DEWA, DM, DDA, Trakhees authority. Carrying out site surveys and preparing technical reports. Survey and evaluate all Mechanical aspects of the existing buildings, coordinating with the Clients and Local Authorities. Co-ordinate with disciplines such as Architectural, Structural, Electrical services at various stages of design and supervision for the successful and timely completion of the projects. Acceptable oral and written communication skills, ability to document properly for the installation of work and contractor's performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience 5+ Years in Engineering consultancy Companies. Had experience in both Design & supervision. Problem-solving abilities Approved Certification : DM/Trakhees Attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Can join immediately.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
