What You'll Do

• Supervise construction works related to pumping stations, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and utilities
• Review design submissions, procurement documents, and technical proposals for mechanical systems
• Advise project management and clients on technical matters concerning installation, testing, and commissioning
• Attend factory and site tests to ensure systems meet project requirements and authority approvals
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, monitoring progress for compliance
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor processes, supporting bid evaluations and contract administration
• Provide technical direction, distribute action items, and prepare progress and technical reports for stakeholders
• Ensure all project deliverables meet DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, and other authority requirements
• Interface with multidisciplinary engineers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify and document scope changes, supporting project management in risk mitigation and decision-making

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction supervision, design review, and testing of mechanical systems for major infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in pumping stations, firefighting systems, chilled water networks, and utilities
• Full knowledge of Dubai authority requirements and regulatory processes
• Proficiency in CAD and engineering software tools relevant to mechanical systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
