Job Details
Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan
Coordinate and manage all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives
Arrange full construction (MEP Installation & planning) support during the design phase to maximize constructability
Oversee the project team's work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones
Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challenges
Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same page
Requirements
Based on project you will be managing and working closely with the MEP Engineers on the successful completion of assigned MEP projects within UAE
Designing, Estimating, Executing, Supervising, co-ordinating and providing efficient professional services in project management
Liaising and Co-ordinating with the Client / Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and authorities such as DEWA, Municipality and Civil Defence for all the related works
Working with major suppliers for all material procurement from floating enquires until finalisation
