Mechanical Design Engineer (Static Equipment)
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer (Static Equipment) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, selection, and specification of static mechanical equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other related components in accordance with international codes and project specifications.
Responsibilities:
Design of Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers (Mechanical Calculation & GA Drawing) Operating design/selection software for static equipment Review & correct engineering documents (GA Drawing, Fabrication/Shop Drawings, etc.) Reviewing Project Specifications Communication with the production department to provide required drawings based on the project schedule As-built drawings of completed projects
Requirements:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Work experience of a minimum of 04+ years in mechanical design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers Experience using ASME / PV Elite / Codeware Compress standards for the design of equipment. Professional knowledge in Engineering Software/Applications for the field of Static Equipment Willing to develop/extend skills with new challenges Being attentive and having a sharp eye on the details
