Mechanical Design Engineer
to develop reliable and efficient mechanical products subject to high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 3D design, engineering analysis, and strength calculations, and be capable of delivering high-performance designs for complex industrial applications.Responsibilities:
Create 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Conduct engineering analysis for pressure, thickness, stress/strain, and perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Prepare complete technical design reports before production. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility and quality. (Hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus.) Develop safe, sustainable, and high-performance designs in accordance with international standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 5 to 10 years of practical experience in mechanical design and analysis. Proficiency in engineering software such as: SolidWorks / Inventor / Fusion 360 AutoCAD (2D & 3D) ANSYS or equivalent FEA tools Knowledge of metal manufacturing standards, heat treatment, and protective coatings (e.g., galvanizing) is an added advantage. Strong technical documentation and English communication skills
