We are a fast-growing company specialising in innovative product development and manufacturing solutions. Our team combines cutting-edge design tools with advanced manufacturing technologies to bring ideas to life. We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team immediately and lead projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Fusion 360. Perform precise mechanical engineering calculations for stress, load, torque, pressure, tolerances, and fits. Apply Design-For-Manufacturing (DFM) principles for CNC machining, 3D Printing (FDM & STL), Aluminium Profile System, and Injection Moulding. Select suitable materials and manufacturing methods for different projects. Validate designs through calculations, simulations, and prototype testing. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet quality and production requirements. Maintain detailed records of all design files and calculation documentation, including engineering drawings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 Solid understanding of CNC machining, 3D printing, and Injection Moulding processes. Proficiency in mechanical calculations, GD&T, and design verification. Knowledge of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of simulation tools (Fusion 360 Simulation, etc.). CAM programming knowledge for CNC machines. Experience with rapid prototyping and small-batch production.

Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
