Objectives of this Role

Translate client briefs into innovative and reliable mechanical product designs. Oversee the complete lifecycle of the mechanical design process--from planning and development to execution. Serve as a key liaison between the company, clients, and manufacturers to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Analyze and refine mechanical designs in response to evolving project requirements. Ensure all designs comply with national and local regulations, while aligning with the company's values and standards.

Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical systems with careful consideration of client budgets, project timelines, and available resources. Report project progress and status updates to the MEP Head Design Engineer. Conduct regular meetings and testing to identify opportunities for design improvement. Utilize

CAD and Revit software

to plan and execute mechanical design projects. Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity. Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends within the mechanical design field to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5 to 10 years of experience

as a Mechanical Design Engineer, specifically within the UAE. Proficient in using tools for equipment selection, sizing, and engineering calculations. Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and creating 3D models. Strong proficiency in

Revit

and

AutoCAD

. High level of independence and self-management.
