We are seeking experienced

Mechanical Design Engineers

to join our Building Services team in the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs for landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing Systems. Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and sizing using industry-standard tools (HAP, Elite, etc.). Prepare detailed design drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defense regulations as well as international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA). Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC) for modeling, coordination, and delivery. Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and system integration studies for new and existing projects. Develop sustainable, energy-efficient, and innovative solutions that align with environmental standards and carbon reduction goals. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems. Contribute to digital delivery workflows, including computational engineering and design automation in Revit.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. 4-7 years of professional experience in MEP Design (UAE/Abu Dhabi projects preferred). Proven track record in HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Gas Systems design and equipment selection. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools (knowledge, BIM 360 is an advantage). Strong knowledge of local authority codes and regulations (ADM, DCD, DEWA, etc.). Experience with hospitality, high-rise, or large-scale mixed-use projects is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
