Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Mechanical Design Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and development of mechanical systems and components, working on a diverse portfolio of projects. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) Perform engineering calculations for heat transfer, fluid dynamics, structural integrity, etc. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Support project lifecycle from concept through detailed design, prototyping, and implementation. Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical design (preferably within a consultancy or engineering firm). Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Familiarity with mechanical design codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, BS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
