What you need to bring
Professional Bachelor
- Review, check and comment all EPC Technical Documents, Reports, Files, Records, as per EPC Contract for Commissioning and testing;
- Attend and lead Walkdown during TOP Process representing Owner\xe2\x80\x99s Commissioning Team;
- Site supervision, monitoring activities to ensure they are developed according to approved procedures, permit to work and in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements;
- Experience in commissioning/operation with rotating equipments (pumps, turbines, etc.), boilers, heaters, steam generators and, generally, steam generating power plants;
- Be the technical representative related to receiving and inspecting of contractual spares;
- Supervise the Commissioning of the Project from raising the punch list at the mechanical completion, to the handover to the O&M Contractor;
- Assist on technical audits on EPC Contractor Programs for Commissioning and testing;
- Ensure the clearance of the punch list: blocking points for the commissioning of the plant, non-blocking points for the commissioning which should be corrected before the handover of the plant to the O&M contractor and punch list which should be corrected before the ICOD;
- Assist onsite through clearance of the Punchlist to ensure timely resolution;
- Assist in the implementation of HSE Program during the commissioning and testing period;
- Ensure the implementation of a QA/QC program during the commissioning and testing period;
- Support to optimize and shorten commissioning and testing schedule, when possible, in order to produce early power without compromising on HSE and Quality;
- Advise Commissioning Manager in all matters related to management of: Guaranteed Performances Issues and Failure issues;
- Issue reports as requested on the technical aspects of Commissioning and testing;
- Ensure regular and timely reporting on all matters relating to the commissioning and testing of the projects to the project management to follow the correct execution and progress of the and the encountered difficulties.
What you need to bring
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering;
- Must have 5 years of relevant Power Generation Projects experience in commissioning, testing and Operation in similar position;
- International experience is a plus;
- Strong technical and field experience in Mechanical supervision during commissioning of Water/Steam Cycles Power Plants;
- Fluent in English;
- Able to implement, motivate, control and impose a strong quality and safety culture in the Project Company;
- Non \xe2\x80\x93 compromising attitude;
- Able to bridge cultural differences;
- Able to coordinate and direct others;
- Good communication skills;
- Conflict resolution;
- Goal oriented.
