shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
for mechanical systems.
Model HVAC systems including:
Ducting & accessories
Chilled water / condenser water piping
FCU, AHU, VAV, exhaust & fresh air systems
Perform
clash detection and coordination
using
Navisworks
and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
Coordinate with
Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural
teams.
Generate
BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs
from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with
project specifications, BIM standards, and authority requirements
.
Participate in
BIM coordination meetings
and implement comments.
Maintain proper documentation, model versions, and BIM deliverables.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as a
Mechanical BIM Modeler
.
Strong hands-on experience in
Revit (Mechanical / HVAC), Navisworks, AutoCAD
Experience in
HVAC modeling and coordination
.
Preferred Skills:
UAE project experience (preferred).
Knowledge of
LOD standards (LOD 300-400)
.
Familiarity with
BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
.
