Develop detailed Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare coordinated shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
Ensure model accuracy as per project specifications and consultant standards.
Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams for clash-free models.
Update models based on site conditions, markups, and design revisions.
Generate quantity take-offs and support project documentation.
Ensure BIM execution plans and standards are followed.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Mechanical BIM modeling.
Strong expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction drawings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Must be available in UAE for immediate joining.
