Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
Mechanical BIM models
and coordinated layouts using
Revit MEP
.
Develop
ducting, piping, and mechanical equipment layouts
as per project requirements.
Coordinate with
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and architectural teams
to ensure clash-free designs.
Assist in generating
shop drawings, as-built drawings
, and maintaining accurate BIM documentation.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with
project specifications, industry standards, and authority regulations
.
Support site and engineering teams with
timely revisions, technical updates, and coordination drawings
.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or a related field.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC systems, piping layouts, mechanical equipment, and MEP coordination
.
Proficiency in
Revit MEP
(AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
Must be
based in the UAE
and
available for immediate joining
.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
