Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate mechanical BIM models as per project requirements.
Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical/Architectural/Civil).
Ensure compliance with project standards and client specifications.
Support design teams with detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of GCC experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and related software.
Good understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Immediate availability is a must.
