Job Description

Tool Mechanics maintain, repair, and calibrate precision tools and equipment. Responsibilities encompass diagnosing malfunctions, performing routine inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Expertise in mechanical systems and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities:



Inspect tools and machinery to identify any defects or malfunctions Disassemble and reassemble tools and machinery as necessary for maintenance and repair Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tools and machinery to determine appropriate repair solutions Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques Document all maintenance and repair work performed on each tool and machine

Requirements:



Strong mechanical experience in repairing Construction tools, Proficiency in

HILTI

tools Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair construction tools and equipment Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and grinders. Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them to prevent accidents and injuries. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints to understand tool specifications and requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to constantly learn and upgrade skills to keep up with technological advancements in the field.
