Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell customized meal plans to individuals, gyms, corporates, and fitness centers.
Respond to online inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into paying customers.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Understand customer dietary needs and suggest the best plans accordingly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferably in food, fitness, or wellness).
Strong communication and persuasion skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and presentable.
Basic knowledge of nutrition, fitness, or meal plans is an advantage.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM tools, and Excel.
