Summary Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Owns/influences budgets and operating plans. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with cross functional teams. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit. The role may have a major impact regional P&L. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes.

Supervisory roles that provide direct or indirect leadership for overall projects operation, including leadership for operations in which activities are centralized shared resources to execute customer projects and/or project monitoring activities.
Building a local team and developing their skills Working with the all stockholders to handover project on time and on budget while seeking margin enhancement and change orders all the time.
Be part of the ITO stage for all Key projects and be able to update all regional projects status visa dashboard or tracking planning tools.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and minimum 15 year team management experience
Minimum 15 year project management experience in a similar industry
Proficiency in English is a must
Familiarity with Lean Principals and Six Sigma Methods
Strong experience in budget management and stakeholder management
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers
Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
