What you will do As our Sales Associate, you are based in Dubai and report to our Regional Sales Leader for Fire Detection Products. Your key responsibilities will be to provide commercial and logistical support to our outside sales team & internal support to our inside sales team and will be reporting to the MEA Sales Leader. This position will help you gain experience in various sales and sales support processes while you provide added value to our customers and field sales team.
How you will do it As a Sales Associate you will work alongside our sales teams to develop relationships with our managed external partners to support existing business, generate new business opportunities and promote new product releases. You will focus on establishing relationships with our partners\xe2\x80\x99 Procurement and Sales departments to ensure timely communication and support sales related tasks. As a Sales Associate you will get an opportunity to learn our sales management tools, sales tactics and processes, and perform high level customer support when issues arise and will develop working relationships and cross-functional teams within our internal departments including but not limited to Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution and Product Management teams.

What we look for Required
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical or equivalent
Strong verbal & written communication (English)
Minimum of 1 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in a Sales / Inside Sales orientated role
Ambitious individual with room to grow and develop into larger role
Self-motivated, free thinking
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Travel up to 10% within the region (advanced notice will be given)
Preferred
Experience in supporting Middle East based customers
Electrical engineering / technical background
Basic technical understanding of fire detection systems
Experience of internal systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
