Leadership:
Manage direct reports & support their career development

Application Lifecycle Management:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, from selection and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimization including optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Ensure that applications are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Risk Management:

User Training and Support:
Collaborate with the training team to ensure end-users are well-equipped to effectively utilize business applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business applications.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate application performance and usage.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Graduate\'s Degree in business, computer science, engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
Sound understanding of software development life cycles & Agile methodology
Good understanding in Business processes - Lead to Cash process
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing business applications and leading cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of business application platforms, including ERP systems, CRM, BI tools and Sales Tools (Sales Explorer, NBSA, Site Plan)
Strong understanding of IT governance, data security, and compliance standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
Project management experience and proficiency with project management tools.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong functional and technical knowledge and experience in ERP, BI tools and Sales Tools (CRM, Sales Explorer, NBSA, Site Plan) is an advantage
