Job Responsibilities

Application Strategy and Planning:

• Provide input in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the organization\'s business applications, aligning them with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall business performance.

Leadership:

• Manage direct reports & support their career development
• Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective application solutions.

Application Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, from selection and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimization including optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that applications are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with business applications, including data security, compliance, and availability.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

User Training and Support:

• Collaborate with the training team to ensure end-users are well-equipped to effectively utilize business applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business applications.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate application performance and usage.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Graduate\'s Degree in business, computer science, engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Sound understanding of software development life cycles & Agile methodology
• Good understanding in Business processes - Lead to Cash process
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing business applications and leading cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of business application platforms, including ERP systems, CRM, BI tools and Sales Tools (Sales Explorer, NBSA, Site Plan)
• Strong understanding of IT governance, data security, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Project management experience and proficiency with project management tools.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong functional and technical knowledge and experience in ERP, BI tools and Sales Tools (CRM, Sales Explorer, NBSA, Site Plan) is an advantage
• Experience in change management
