The ideal person will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing MDF furniture pieces such as workstations, wardrobes, vanity units, beds, and other modular items.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on MDF board cutting, edge banding, and assembly as per design.
Handle carpentry work such as fittings, hinges, and hardware installation.
Apply basic painting, polishing, or touch-up work when required.
Maintain accuracy and finish in furniture workmanship.
Follow safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in MDF, modular furniture, or carpentry work.
Knowledge of tools like circular saw, edge bander, sander, drill, etc.
Basic painting or polishing skills preferred.
Ability to read simple measurements or drawings.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
