The MD Secretary cum HR Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and oversees daily HR functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders while ensuring smooth HR operations
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and onboarding.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts.
Prepare and issue HR letters, memos, and documentation.
Assist in performance evaluation, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.in confidentiality of all sensitive and strategic information.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
