Job Description
Key Requirements:
Project Management:
+ Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and risk management strategies with collaboration with Operations Team.
+ Ensure alignment with company strategic goals and client expectations across all stages from bidding to completion.
Technical Oversight:
+ Provide operational and engineering solutions tailored to project specifications with collaboration with OPS & Technical team.
Commercial & Contractual Leadership:
+ Support technical and commercial team for feasibility assessments.
+ Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
+ Manage contractual obligations and resolve disputes proactively.
Stakeholder Management:
+ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, suppliers, authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Team Leadership:
+ Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, Safet

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Maritime or Engineering Excellent communication and analytical skills Dynamic, ambitious team player and Passionate driven with a proven track record in Project management and thorough understanding of Deck carrier Ability to build strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders ? brokers, other key industry stakeholders as well as internal teams. Preference for Project Manager worked with Project Forwarding Industry / Deck Carriers.
