Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic education team in the UAE. This role is specifically tailored for Arab nationals, Western nationals, or native English speakers who have achieved an IELTS score of 6.5 or higher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction across IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula, ensuring students achieve academic excellence and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in classroom management, curriculum delivery, and student engagement, supported by a PGCE qualification and expertise in integrating ICT into teaching practices. Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula.

• Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and promote critical thinking.

• Utilize ICT tools and digital platforms to enhance teaching effectiveness and student interaction.

• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting and review processes.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that supports academic and personal development.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and participate in departmental meetings and professional development.

• Support students in preparing for external examinations, including IELTS, and guide them in academic planning and career pathways.

• Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including extracurricular activities and student mentoring programs.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Levels, or IB Mathematics programs.

• Proven expertise in classroom management and student engagement strategies.

• Strong command of ICT tools and digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, LMS, interactive whiteboards).

• Valid IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (for Arab nationals, Western nationals, or native English speakers only).

• Demonstrated ability to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.

• Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and examination preparation.

• Commitment to continuous professional growth and adherence to international education standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced academic environment.
