We are expanding our service team and hiring for multiple key positions:
Technician, Master Technician, and Technician Trainer
. If you're skilled, motivated, and passionate about automotive repair and mentorship, we want to hear from you.Available Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technician
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles. Follow manufacturer and safety guidelines. Complete digital job cards and vehicle health checks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
2. Master Technician
Handle complex diagnostics and advanced repairs. Serve as a technical expert and resource for the team. Support quality control and mentor junior technicians. Assist in workshop workflow and efficiency improvements.
3. Technician Trainer
Train and onboard new and existing technicians. Develop and deliver technical and safety training programs. Update team on new vehicle technologies and repair procedures. Ensure training aligns with brand and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Relevant automotive certification or diploma. Hands-on experience in a workshop or training role. Strong technical, diagnostic, and communication skills. For Trainer role: previous training/mentoring experience preferred.
