To carry out advanced diagnostic repairs on customer vehicles using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, working on electrical, mechatronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic sub-systems across a wide range of Nissan and Infiniti models, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Achieve set targets for Sold Hours, Efficiency, Productivity, and Overall Utilisation
Strategic Implementation
Receive repair orders from the Team Leader and understand the scope of work to be performed
Perform advanced diagnostic jobs as per the scope of work using diagnostic tools and standard service procedures
Record any additional repairs and recommendations using the E-Estimate digital app and update the Team Leader accordingly
Demonstrate strong manual dexterity along with technical, mechanical, and advanced computer skills
Take ownership of all assigned tasks, working independently and demonstrating effective self-management
Read and interpret complex documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, repair manuals, and wiring diagrams
Follow the quality control inspection system to prevent or correct faulty workmanship that falls below standard
Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure the proper upkeep of personal and workshop tools
Attend high-profile and corporate customer vehicles with utmost professionalism
Stand in for the Team Leader and support operations as and when required
Handle and resolve critical customer complaints and escalate to the Team Leader if further assistance is needed
Provide mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job training to newly joined technicians
Assist the Team Leader with day-to-day activities as required

Ensure full compliance with F1 standards and company guidelines
Handle customer vehicles with utmost care and in a safe manner
Learning & Growth
Participate in Training Needs Assessments conducted by the Training Academy and further develop technical skills through the Nissan training programme
Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance
Perform authorised repairs as agreed and inform the Team Leader of any further observations
For warranty repairs, follow standard guidelines, tag replaced parts with a warranty tag, and hand them over to the centralised warranty store Review vehicle service history and any applicable OEM recall campaigns
Ensure compliance with Business Standards and Process Guidelines
Strictly follow HSE protocols and requirements as per SOP, ensuring that safety gear is used at all times (personal safety, equipment safety, customer vehicles, etc)
Educational Qualifications
2-year ITI (Industrial Training Institute NCVT Certificate) / 3-year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership, including at least 2 years as a technician
Other Requirements
Physical fitness to carry out repair tasks (manual dexterity)
