Key Responsibilities Micro Top Masons :

Prepare concrete or existing substrate surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling before micro-topping application. Mix and apply

micro-topping materials

(cementitious/polymer-modified coatings) according to manufacturer's specifications. Ensure uniform application thickness and smooth finish using trowels, spatulas, or mechanical polishers. Repair cracks, holes, and surface imperfections prior to finishing. Apply color pigments, sealers, or protective coatings if required. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean, safe condition. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Coordinate with site engineers and quality control teams to ensure desired texture, level, and finish. Perform curing and finishing touches as per specified timelines. Record material usage and report daily progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in masonry or concrete finishing (preferably in micro-topping or decorative concrete). Knowledge of

surface preparation, leveling, and finishing techniques

. Ability to read and follow

construction drawings and finishing schedules

. Basic understanding of material mixing ratios and curing times. Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality finishes. Physical stamina and manual dexterity. No Finishing Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret

drawings, blueprints, and work specifications

for carpentry finishing works. Measure, cut, shape, and install

wood, plywood, MDF, veneer, laminate, and other finishing materials

. Install and align

doors, windows, frames, skirting, moldings, cabinets, partitions, ceiling panels, and decorative items

. Perform

surface preparation, sanding, polishing, and fitting

of joints to ensure clean, seamless finishes. Apply

varnish, paint, or stain

on finished wood surfaces when required. Coordinate with painters, polishers, and other finishing trades to maintain consistency and quality. Inspect completed work for

alignment, smoothness, and adherence to specifications

. Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fittings. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Follow site safety protocols and use PPE during all operations. Report material requirements, progress, and issues to the supervisor on time.

Skills and Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience

as a finishing carpenter in construction, fit-out, or interior projects. Strong knowledge of

joinery techniques, finishing materials, and woodwork detailing

. Proficient in using

hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent

attention to detail

and craftsmanship. Basic understanding of

material estimation and wastage control

. Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
