Concrete Mason

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of concrete work, with specialized knowledge in decorative and finishing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality concrete work including pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing. Apply advanced decorative techniques such as:
- Micro topping
- Plastering
- Stamped concrete
- Exposed aggregate finishes

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Mix, pour, and spread concrete using the proper ratios and equipment. Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished to meet company and client standards. Safely operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Concrete Mason with strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques. Hands-on expertise in microtopping, plaster, stamped concrete, and exposed aggregate. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of concrete and flooring experience. Previous experience in decorative concrete finishing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
