Job Description

Female candidate with experience in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or showroom sales (preferred but not mandatory). Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, fittings, and accessories. Understand customer needs (design, size, quality, and budget) and recommend suitable products. Provide detailed product information such as material type, features, installation requirements, and pricing. Prepare and present quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Follow up with customers for confirmations, payments, and delivery coordination. Maintain strong knowledge of all products displayed in the showroom, including: Floor & wall tiles Concrete Flooring, Micro Topping Bricks and Stones Porcelain tiles Ceramic tiles Bathroom fixtures, mixers, shower systems Washbasins, toilets, bathtubs Accessories and installation materials Stay updated on new arrivals, features, and technical specifications. Ensure showroom displays are kept clean, attractive, and well-organized. Arrange product samples and maintain stock of catalogs, brochures, and display boards Coordinate with warehouse team regarding sample availability and stock levels. Create sales quotations, LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes. Maintain customer data and sales records accurately. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management. Handle POS systems, cash transactions, and card payments. Coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team for timely delivery and order preparation. Communicate with suppliers for product details when required. Maintain professional relationships with walk-in clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers. Follow up with customers post-purchase regarding delivery, installation support, or issues. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate to management when needed. Monitor and report shortages of fast-moving items.
