Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Masonry Work:
Perform bricklaying, block work, plastering, and tiling Repair and maintain walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural elements Lay concrete, mix cement, and use appropriate tools and techniques Cut and shape materials to fit using hand and power tools Install or repair tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, etc.)
Handyman Tasks:
Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs (as needed) Repair doors, windows, locks, cabinets, and other fixtures Assist with furniture assembly, painting, and other maintenance work Conduct general property maintenance and upkeep Inspect and identify issues that require attention
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a mason or general handyman Strong knowledge of masonry tools, materials, and techniques Ability to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is an advantage Physically fit and able to work in hot weather conditions Ability to read work orders or basic technical drawings Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call, if required Knowledge of safety procedures and proper tool handling Basic English or Arabic communication skills preferred
